In accordance with the official statistical data of specialists in the field of the Ukrainian real estate market, in October, a significant revitalization can be expected on the domestic market, analysts suggest that the real number of transactions also immediately increase.
According to preliminary forecasts, an increase in the number of transactions should be about 20 percent compared to those market indicators that were recorded last September, or about 15 percent with respect to the same period last year.
As the main reason, experts call the new law that enters into legal force on November 1 regarding the Rules for the assessment of real estate objects. Many potential buyers, as expected, will make a logical decision on the need to close their own transactions as quickly as possible. A similar situation took place in early July of the month of this year. It was during this period of time that the total number of sales of real estate objects increased compared to the same period last year by 50 percent. Here are only new rules for evaluating real estate as a result, were postponed directly to November month.
