Finishing walls with laminate: rules and recommendations

Laminate can be an excellent covering not only for the floor, but also for wall decoration. For example, in the living room it can be used to create an area for a TV or a fireplace, and in the kitchen – to decorate the apron of the work area.

Laminate on the walls can visually expand the space or, conversely, narrow it.

Laminate on the walls in the interior

Laminate is one of the most popular finishing materials. This is due to its affordable price, ease of installation and unpretentiousness in maintenance. Most often, laminate is used for flooring, but recently this material can be found more and more often in wall decoration. Usually one wall is left for laminate, and the rest are painted or wallpapered. The most affordable way to attach laminate to the wall is with glue. You can use special silicone glue or liquid nails. The only requirement is that the wall must be flat.
