Rubber insulation pipe

During spring floods, storm rains, in emergency situations, a breakthrough of pipes, and even with minor short -term contacts with water, insulation such as mineral wool and pr., losing their heat -shielding properties. In such situations, housing and communal services are very difficult to get difficult.

Meanwhile, foamed synthetic rubber is excellent material and reliable thermal insulation for pipes.

Foamed rubber refers to foam -elastomers, which are produced in plates and pipes with the subsequent extruding and vulcanization of foam. In fire resistance, the material belongs to the category of self -defendable. Is not exposed to microorganisms, bacteria and mold, in addition, it has a high degree of resistance to steam – and moisture absorption.

Currently, the use of synthetic foam rubber is widely used. It is used in the most critical engineering systems, in specific places where increased resistance to low or very high temperatures, ultraviolet radiation, fire resistance, etc.D.

The tubular membranes of synthetic rubber are used for thermal insulation of copper, plastic, and steel pipelines with an external diameter of 6 to 160 mm. For thermal insulation of pipes with a large diameter or pipes with a non -round section, as well as connecting parts and reinforcement, flat sheets and rolls of different thicknesses are used.

Technological and operational advantages:

Easily mounted due to flexibility to complex and inaccessible areas and surfaces.

Does not require additional fastening elements (clamps, brackets).

Thermal insulation has a service life of at least 20 years thanks to the main composition of Butadien-Nitrileclical rubber.

The possibility of applying materials for re -installation, or performing repair work on top of the existing one, that is, without removing the old thermal insulation coating.

The material isolates the system, creating tightness and preventing the loss of heat energy.
